I brought my 2014 GMC Sierra in for a brake recall. I assume the work was done correctly. But I have my questions about that fact. The receipt of work stated that a 27 point inspection was completed and that all fluids were topped off. I questioned this because the tire depth gauge records stated all four tires were the same. This is impossible because one of the tires is 2 years newer than the other three. I popped my hood and checked my windshield washer fluid, not topped off, my brake fluid level, not topped off... I do not think I need to continue with my explanation of dissatisfaction. I called and reported this to the service department and received an apology. Thank you for that, however, the result of my visit speaks volumes about the service provided by your technicians. Sorry. Not happy.

Please rest assured that the recall was performed to GM's standards of completion. If you will look at your receipt there is a warranty claim code 28YN58606414. That number is provided to us via our GM system when a recall has been completed, which therefore tells GM to close this claim as it has been performed. Currently on GM's warranty site, according to your VIN, recall # N192268490 has been closed due to completion. Again, we apologize for the oversight regarding the information on your inspection form and are using it to better our processes.
